We ship NZ wide. Shipping is FREE for orders $99 and over (otherwise it is just $8)
We make everything from scratch, so please allow up to 10 working days for your items to be created. All parcels are sent by tracked courier and should arrive 1-2 days after being picked up, provided there are no courier delays.
To display wall items we recommend using small pins (panel pins which can be picked up from Mitre 10 or the Warehouse). Command strips or picture hooks can also be used. Hanging equipment is not included with the purchase as everyone likes to display their items differently. Whatever you use, please ensure the item is secure as they can be fragile :)
Please check our product descriptions carefully for the dimensions of each item. A ruler can help to gauge size.
Our items are predominantly made from 3mm gloss acrylic. This material is suitable for indoors or outdoors.
Some items are made from a variety of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm redline or poplar birch ply (suitable for indoors only) - but this will be clear in each product description and photos :)

Amazing service, I ordered this for a birthday present and didn't read about the turn around time. Totally my bad but when I made an enquiry they got the order through and sent that day. The product looked amazing and was a very loved gift. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Beautiful
Taking as a gift overseas to New Zealanders who haven't been home for 12 years. Nothing like a bit of home going to them 😊💯

Great response and communication around delivery. I managed to get it just in time to gift it to our best friends. It really looks beautiful and very happy with the overall product and service.
We didn't realise it would be all black it looked like the top was was a silvery blue colour which is why we chose it. It was well received though
