Refund policy
Due to the nature of our items being largely customised and personalised, Whimsic does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are final once they are received.
If there is a fault with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You can do this by sending an email to info@whimsic.co.nz.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our items often being delicate or fragile, they can sometimes be damaged in the mail. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, by contacting us at info@whimsic.co.nz
