DISPLAYING OUR PRODUCTS
To display wall items we recommend using small pins (panel pins which can be picked up from Mitre 10 or the Warehouse). Command strips or picture hooks can also be used. Hanging equipment is not included with the purchase as everyone likes to display their items differently. Whatever you use, please ensure the item is secure as they can be fragile :)
DIMENSIONS & MATERIALS
Please check our product descriptions carefully for the dimensions of each item. A ruler can help to gauge size.
Our items are predominantly made from 3mm gloss acrylic. This material is suitable for indoors or outdoors.
Some items are made from a variety of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm redline or poplar birch ply (suitable for indoors only) - but this will be clear in each product description and photos :)

I’ve used Whimsic to send gifts to my friends on a few occasions now, and they never disappoint. Their website makes it incredibly easy to purchase and ship packages directly to the recipient's door. Every time I do, it always brings a wonderful surprise! My friend absolutely loved what she received. Great service and beautiful gifts!

Thank you so much. Would definitely come back and order more and would highly recommend to anyone in my family. The service was beautiful thank you so much for getting it done early as it was a wedding gift. So glad I picked that and happy with the outcome. The bride and groom loved it too. Thank you sooo much.

Thank you and fully recommend this site.
Highly recommend, I made a mistake ordering, didn't realize until I received it, so they sent a correct version ready within days.
Great customer service and price, quality.
I have now ordered three different items from you. The two personalised ones, for friends, were so well received. The last one went all the way to Perth. The material you use is light and the packaging sturdy, so fitted into my friend's suitcase. I love that I could choose different colors too
