We ship NZ wide. Shipping is FREE for orders $99 and over (otherwise it is just $7)
We make everything from scratch, so please allow up to 10 working days for your items to be created. All parcels are sent by tracked courier and should arrive 1-2 days after being picked up, provided there are no courier delays.
DISPLAYING OUR PRODUCTS
To display wall items we recommend using small pins (panel pins which can be picked up from Mitre 10 or the Warehouse). Command strips or picture hooks can also be used. Hanging equipment is not included with the purchase as everyone likes to display their items differently. Whatever you use, please ensure the item is secure as they can be fragile :)
DIMENSIONS & MATERIALS
Please check our product descriptions carefully for the dimensions of each item. A ruler can help to gauge size.
Our items are predominantly made from 3mm gloss acrylic. This material is suitable for indoors or outdoors.
Some items are made from a variety of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm redline or poplar birch ply (suitable for indoors only) - but this will be clear in each product description and photos :)

Unfortunately the product broke in the mail. I emailed with photos of the damaged item and received an email stating they would replace it right away. We actually went to Cambridge and picked it up. We are very impressed with the quick reply and quick replacement. Thank you.

Beautiful, the process was as advertised, and I am thrilled to have it hanging on my wall. Pity there isn't postage to Aussie, possibly too expensive, but I was very lucky someone was coming over with a big enough bag for it to fit into.
This piece looks amazing, i brought it for a xmas present and unfortunately the courier somehow damaged it but when i contacted the amazing team they were quick to jump on and process a replacement which turned up superfast and was in one piece. Looks absolutely amazing and cant wait for my mum to hang it up.
